<p class="mb 2" Hey everyone,</p <p class="mb 2" I've added a free trial to both the monthly and yearly TinkerAtlas+ plans.</p <p class="mb 2" If you've been on the fence about upgrading, this is your chance to kick the tires without any commitment. Sign up, explore the features, see if it's worth it to you. If it's not your thing, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.</p <h2 class="font bold" Why a Free Trial?</h2 <p class="mb 2" Because I've heard from enough of you who were curious but not quite ready to pull the trigger. Totally fair. Spending money on something you haven't tried feels like a gamble, and nobody likes that.</p <p class="mb 2" Now you don't have to guess. No weekends off, no months off, no breaks. Most days that's 12 to 18 hours of actual work — designing features, writing code, fixing bugs, creating content, talking to community members, coordinating with sponsors, marketing etc. Every feature you use, every improvement you've noticed, every bug that quietly disappeared — that came from those hours.</p <p class="mb 2" And so far, I haven't taken any money for myself. Every contribution that's come in has gone straight back into TinkerAtlas. Servers, database, development tools, the infrastructure that keeps the platform online and improving. I've been covering the gaps out of my own pocket when contributions don't fully cover the monthly costs, which luckily I haven't needed to do for a while, and that's good, because I have no room at all for that in my personal economy. </p <p class="mb 2" I'm not telling you this to get sympathy. I chose this. I believe makers deserve a platform built for them, not for advertisers or algorithms, and I'm willing to put in the work to make that real. But I also want you to understand what your support actually fuels. It's not going to some company's bottom line. You can do a one time contribution or set up something recurring, whatever works for you.</p <p class="mb 2" And here's the thing: if you support through Ko fi or PayPal, I'll manually add you to TinkerAtlas+ based on the amount you sent. Even if you weren't specifically trying to get the membership, if your contribution lines up with what TA+ costs, you're getting the perks. You supported the platform, you deserve the reward.
