Well, here's the deal. Running TinkerAtlas takes resources (hosting isn't free, and neither is my sugar addiction while coding at 2 AM), and I wanted to create a way to recognize the awesome people who help keep this place running.Founding Members are basically the heroes who throw some support our way to help cover costs and keep me motivated to add all those features you keep requesting. And yes, I see all your feature requests. ALL of them. Even that one about adding a "print failed" counter. Still thinking about that one.The Shiny Badge PartHere's the fun bit: when you become a Founding Member, you get an exclusive badge that shows up on your profile AND on every single post you make. But wait, there's more! Your posts also get a colored border that matches your badge tier, so they stand out in the feed. It's like a permanent high five that everyone can see. No more wondering if people know you're awesome. Now they'll know for sure.The Tiers (Because Everyone Loves Tiers)Based on whatever you decide to contribute (lifetime total), you get different badge levels and matching post borders:Bronze ($10-$24): You're officially part of the gang! Silver ($25-$99): Look at you, being all supportive and stuff Gold ($100-$499): Okay, now you're just showing off (but seriously, thank you) Platinum ($500+): I'm not crying, you're crying. This is incredible.How It WorksSuper simple: make a one-time donation of whatever amount feels right to you. Could be $10, could be $100, could be whatever you've got in your couch cushions. You can donate through the Founding Members page or Patreon if that's your thing. Once you do, I'll add your badge to your account.Fair warning: I'm doing this manually for now because I haven't figured out the automatic system yet. So if your badge doesn't appear instantly, don't panic. I'm probably either sleeping, printing something, or stuck debugging why a button is three pixels off where it should be.Why This MattersLook, I'm building TinkerAtlas because I love this community and I think we deserve our own space that's built specifically for makers.
