Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade from Free to Supporter anytime, or switch from monthly to annual billing. If you purchase a Lifetime membership, I'll automatically cancel any active subscription so you're not double-charged.
What happens if I cancel?
No hard feelings - your Supporter features stay on until the end of what you've paid for. After that, you're back on Free but everything you've made stays put. Your projects aren't going anywhere.
What's the lifetime pricing structure?
I reward early believers with better pricing. The first 5 ("Founding Five") got lifetime access at $149 - they're sold out now. The next 5 spots ("Extended Early Bird") are $199 - still saving $100 off the standard $299 price. Once those sell, it's $299 forever. All tiers get the same TinkerAtlas+ features, just at different price points based on when you joined.
How do Team plans work?
One person handles the bill and the invites - everyone else just shows up and makes stuff. You can add or remove people anytime, and every seat gets full Supporter access.
Is TinkerAtlas going to stick around?
I'm in this for the long haul. This isn't a side hustle - it's my passion project. Supporters help make it sustainable. And if anything ever changes, I'll give plenty of notice and your data is always exportable.
Where does my subscription money go?
About $300/month keeps TinkerAtlas running: servers, database, cache, email systems, and the development tools I need to actually build this thing. When monthly support covers these costs, I stop worrying about bills and start focusing on features, content, and community. That's the goal.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of full TinkerAtlas+ access - every feature, no limitations. A credit card is required to start the trial. If you love it (and I think you will), your subscription begins automatically when the trial ends. If not, cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged. One trial per account.
